I just went to home depot and lowes today for quotes on 4 windows in vinyl for my condo. Dont want to spend a bomb, just basic, but energy ones since it is so hot here.
I just saw tons of bad reviews for home depot installs so now i need some advice on companies that do a good install in orlando area, thanks so much!!!

I'd start by finding an installer for either Simonton or PGT windows.

The 6500 series window you saw at HD is also called the Simonton Reflections 5500/Prism Platinum. Usually you will get a better price from a local dealer. Just make sure to check out references as most manufacturers don't certify installers.

thankyou! home depot is coming today to di a bid but then i have a local company called FAS Windows & Doors coming on Tues for their bid they seem a nice local company that sell Simonton.. there was one mean reciew about them though but looks like a bad egg customer and FAS Windows & Doors addressed it in the reviews.
I had only looked at a few windows while at lowes and homedepot :
American Craftsman is what HD pushed as well as jeldwen.. similar price once the tax rebate is included on the jeldwen.. Lowes showed me therma star pella.
Is simontec better then? thanks so much!!
