I have Seaway Windows. Mine are from the Encore Line. I have had them for 10 years. A mixture of double hung and casements. They have held up very well, pretty much look the same as the day they were installed (they are green vinyl) and still operate well. I had a total of 17 windows installed. My price was more than yours, but I think getting the green vinyl added to my cost (along with the fact that the company I went with is known for being expensive, but they were the only game in town for these windows)
