Andersen 200

Hello.....we looking at quotes for Andersen 200 (new construction)......would someone familiar with this window explain the difference(s) between the 200 tilt/wash and the narrowline 200 please? I am really guessing that the narrowline top sash does not tilt in for cleaning...but I don't really know this. Thank you, ratucker3

from what I know the NL200 series neither tilt, and the TW200 both tilt
