stickers 'baked on' windows removal

We have finally finished building our house! Now we are cleaning up and we need some advice. The stickers that come on the windows were not removed when installed, now they are stuck on there good! We have tried goo gone, that'll take off the glue but it's not getting beneath the plastic on the sticker. Would anyone have any advice for us? We now know to remove the stickers!

Are you referring to the stickers on the glass or maybe permanant labels on the frame?
If on the glass, I usually spray the sticker with glass cleaner and use a razor blade to remove. Finish wiping with alchohol.
