| I have a 8' sliding door...the problem is the rail on which it slides(rolls) is splitting which makes it very difficult for the door to roll along. Called Andersen and they sent me a replacement rail(just the rounded rail) along with two new rollers for the bottom of the door.
Has anyone run into this problem and in turn replaced the rail? It doesn't seem that the rail pops off, I tried to start one end before i got a couple of guys to take the door out and begin the project. Thanks in advance, Abby |
