Approximate sizing may be close or even exactly the same size but they are NOT interchangeable from brand to brand due to the different types of tilt hardware, jamb hardware, balances and release mechanisms that are utilized be each different company. As far as my 25 yrs in the window and doors business there are practically NO interchangeable parts from brand to brand.
