Looking For Advanced Coatings Enterprises for Defective Window

Hello everyone,

We got new windows installed in our home but observing some grey/ black color dots and streaking between the window panes . Which indicate that the low e coating has become visible . I searched on this topic , but didn't find anything . So, can anyone suggest me the experienced Advanced Coatings Enterprises.

Who was the manufacturer on the windows?
