I recently had Okna 500's installed and as I was touching up the area where the storm windows used to be I saw this on one of the windows (the picture appears sideways, the gap you are seeing is at the top of the window). I then proceeded to see this on a few others as well. I assume this is not proper, but wanted to get opinions from the board. If it's not, is it an issue of improperly measured windows or is it normal for there to be a space and the installers should have went back and applied additional sealant to the exterior of the windows?
