new and replacement windows

I need to replace rope windows in a older home. They need to fit the style of the home and should be double hung with top divided panes. i've used all wood Marvin and was happy. I've used Marvin wood and clad and was happier because I don't have to worry about repainting outside trim. And have used Anderson all clad on my third floor and have had a nice replacement result. I did not like my Anderson inserts on the the side of my house. The clad did not match wood interiors so I now need to be consistent in using wood interiors and clad outside. I like Marvin but there is no assistance or help. My last Andersen Renewal consultant now works for Pella. She and enitre Andersen Renewal team works for them. I trust them to do good work. So I'm thinking about using Pella wood inside/clad outside. She is talking about using the architect precision series with endura clad on outside and wood on inside. They will paint for me, install and repair or rebuild craftsmen trim. She has come though on her promises before. Any advice on Pella? Thanks, Maime

There is a very long thread in this sites archives about consumers experience with Pella that I would recommend you read.
