We are in the Bay area (Northern California) and a lot of the vinyl window recommendations suggested here like the Okna or Himark don't seem to be available here. In the couple of stores and website I have looked at Milgard, Simionton, Anderson seem to be available.

I would love to do the Marvin fiber glass windows but they seem to be more expensive than what we want to spend. So what is good window you would recommend for this area.
