I am glad I did some reading here. My contractor was going to order MI and we asked him to stop.

Can someone please recommend a good brand and series. We don't have budget for the top of the line stuff - I know you get what you pay for.

To give car analogy, we are looking for a dependable well equipped Toyota Camry and not a Lexus or Toyota Yaris.
