Aluminum casement window blinds

We just bought a condo with large aluminum casement windows. The building was built in 1978. The windows are quite tall, thermopaned, with blinds between the glass. The blinds open with a mechanism I'd never seen before: it's a knob on an aluminum casing. Inside the casing is a magnetic disk that connects to another magnetic disk inside the window. By turning the knob, the outside magnet turns the inside magnet, which turns the mechanism that opens and closes the blinds. My problem is that on a few of the knobs the magnet has come loose from the cam that turns with the knob, so it won't turn the inside magnet. Is anyone out there familiar with this? Would you know what brand window this probably is and where I can find replacement parts/maintenance help? Really appreciate any feedback I can get!
