Mixing windows and doors

We are building a home with a large patio that has a bank of 3 windows 36" x 6'6" and a 3 panel atrium door within 5 feet of the bank of windows. We are going to use Milgard Montecito vinyl windows in a there standard tan color. The dilemma comes in that Milgard does not offer a an atrium door option to match color. This will not be a problem on the interior as we are going with a wood clad door and it will be stained. The exterior is under a large covered patio that sits on a golf course. We were looking at the Anderson 400 series door but there closest color of tan is somewhat darker. There is also a transom window above the door and windows. Wondering how much I should worry about the color difference. Also, anyone have another option on door color outside of Anderson that might match Milgard more closely. One solution is to go with all Anderson windows and doors but this is about $7000 more expensive. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thank you.
