Remodeling a 70's contemporary, going with a bronze metal window for max sight lines. Have bids on Ram, a company out of Texas, and Milgard. Thermal performance about the same.

Anyone have experience with either?

Only visible difference in the windows is the ram has a black spacer between the panes, which makes it disappear, whereas the milgard does not offer black but only silver colored spacers, which they claim absorb less heat. From an aesthetic standpoint, I like the black spacer better, but wondering if this is something anyone else would ever notice.
