Received quote on Soft Light Kings Royal patio door: triple pane, double coat low E, argon Gas, ultra glass, beige outside, custom stops, new flashing under door threshold, medium oak wood grain color, bronze handle. Only product being installed. Is this a fair quote?

Some additional details could have an effect on how good the deal is, but it is definitely not price gouging or anything like that. Little bit higher than what I usually see, but not completely out of the range of reason by any means, especially if it is the only product being installed.

RE: Patio Door Quote

Tough to say without a price in the original post.

That is a pretty solid door though.

How does the company look via work samples and reputation?

RE: Patio Door Quote

Quote was $3100. Work samples looked good. recommended by friend.

RE: Patio Door Quote

with that option content I would say that the price is within the range of reason

RE: Patio Door Quote

Very much inside the range of normal.

RE: Patio Door Quote

price is good for that door. Very solid choice.

RE: Patio Door Quote

Any recommendations for 60" patio doors
I am looking for a reliable quality in the mid-price range.
I live in Northern Chicago Subs, so either Chicagoland or Milwaukee supplied will work.
One installer recommended Alside, but I have heard not good things about them.
I would greatly appreciate thoughts.

60" Sliding door or Hinged Patio/French.

In either case, HomeSealed (regular poster on here) is out of Milwaukee.

He carries all the best lines and is a top notch company.
