Anderson Window Can Not Close

My Anderson window opens easily but when you try to close and turn the handle it won't budge. Any advice?

You might have a better chance of getting an answer if you described your issue better. What type of Andersen window? What hardware on the window is giving you an issue? Is this new construction or a replacement window? How old is the window? What series Andersen window(different series use different types of hardware)? From the description you gave it would be impossible to tell what may be wrong!

I'm sorry you are having problems with your window. Andersen Service can help you diagnose the problem and if it is something that requires repair with a part it may be covered under warranty. Andersen covers non-glass parts up to 10 years.
