replacing windows after rain

I am scheduled to have new windows installed tomorrow. It has rained 2 inches here in the past few days, and we expect a bit more overnight. Tomorrow should be cloudy with perhaps a light misting now and then. My question is, can the wood be wrapped when it will obviously be at the very least damp? I was told no problem, but I have no idea if this is true or not. I don't want problems with wood rot underneath the aluminum wrap. Thank you!
