Exterior color warranty difference between Vanguard and Soft-Lite

I'm down to a specific choice now, so I again started a new thread with subject that fits the question.

To repeat just a little, I was ordering Sunrise Vanguard windows and felt good about the choice, the price was OK, and we were supposed to be done. Until ... my vendor was entering the order and found that he could not get the royal brown exterior color grids to match the new royal brown exterior color.

So, I made contact with Soft-Lite and got them to let my vendor get a price on the same thing for Elements. I got the price today, and they're $500 more (12 windows, mostly DH, four Pic, dp glass), which I'm not completely happy about, but it's not huge.

Now I'm waiting to see the two window samples side by side. I want to be sure I like the look of the Elements.

Here's the rub. Vanguard warrants the exterior color for 10 years on fading and 20 years for blisters, cracks, peeling. Soft-Lite warrants all of the exterior color issues for 10 years. The Soft-Lite warranty also has this Other Limitations section that seems to contain a number of hoops to jump through to be sure you're covered. The Vanguard warranty seems much more straightforward.

Any thoughts on the exterior color warranty difference? Does anyone have experience with Soft-Lite warranty work? Are they good work with?
