Need expert advise! Does this look right?

Builder replaced all windows in our house. We donÃ¯Â¿Â½t like what we see. There are gaps between the window sills and brick, between window brick mould and brick on the side and on top.
Windows are "Southern Rose" by MGM Industries. I checked their web site and these windows are for new construction and not for replacement.
It looks like builder made mistake measuring window openings.

Window is elevated from the brick sill. I did not measure the gap but I can put my fingers through.

Can you take a picture from further back?

It is not uncommon to have some gaps that will need to be covered and sealed as the openings are rarely square. What the net cut back (allowance for out of squareness) needs to be is dictated by the opening and condition.

The sill of the window should terminated on top of the brick and given its retrofit nature, it will likely be smaller on the inside that it was previously.

Couple of more pics will help but the manner it was left open is not giving me warm fuzzies.

You are also confusing the terms new construction and replacement with it is used in reference to windows. Replacement windows are used when a full tear out is not necessary. New construction windows are used for replacement when a tear out (down to the stud framing) is necessary because of dry rot, removable of aluminum or steel frames etc. In your case, new construction was used but maybe not executed as well as expected.
