Anderson 400 T/W or Marvin? HELP!

We need to replace about 20 windows in our home. We have a cedar-sided cape, and our windows currently have a wood interior with wood grills. We'd like windows that have the wood-look interior, and a grill that has a wood-look, as we also have oak blinds on the inside of our home. Are we correct in assuming that replacement windows will be more cost effective than new construction windows? The window frames and trim are all fine. We were wondering if anyone had any advice on the Anderson 400 series tilt-sash windows, compared to say, Marvin windows? I've also been told the Anderson Woodwrights are nice but expensive. We're a middle-income family that wants a decent window. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
