Limiting how far a Milgard Casement window opens

Hi,

I have a Milgard Tuscany Casement window, and I would like to know if there is a way to limit how far it opens. It is actually in a shower on the second floor and I want to have it only open about 6" so nobody falls out while showering.

Check with the company you purchased your windows from, Milgard should sell what is called a "sash limiting device" which would be exactly what your looking for.

I would also not count on any limiting devices as a fail safe just to be extra cautious.
