If they are done correctly (any window for that matter), they should be fine.

Whoever is framing out the addition should be able to see to the proper construction and setting of the windows.

$200 is uber cheap for that window so if they fit your application, I see no issue with that.

I would be mindful of any egress requirements. Most typical of an upper level size to meet egress is 36" x 57" as a minimum.

Thank you for the egress reminder! I cannot believe how big the code calls for these days. It seems most folks have to have huge upstairs windows to meet this!
