| Does anyone have experience with windows that have the internal grids or muntins? The window company we're using for our replacement windows offer a single-hung window with internal grids, versus external grids... they are offered either as flat, or ogee (the more traditional contoured grid). Obviously, this option would be the easiest to maintain in terms of cleaning, however, with my older home would the external grids be more in keeping with the character, or does it not really matter ... just wondering if anyone has had experience with either one... please let me know.

| Internal grids are very, very commonplace and well proven. |
