Im looking for recommendations for someone to fix one window that seems to be improperly installed in the Northern Virginia area (Woodbridge). Ive spoke to a few companies and either the job is too small, they have a multiple window minimum or cant get me in for several weeks.

Simonton 5500 series casement window. The window is in but seems to be 1/4 crooked. I see no flashing under the vinyl siding on the exterior of the home. Seems the flange was just nailed to the side of the home.

Just trying to get the window complete so i can get the rest of my kitchen done. I need the window sorted out before i can do the trim and the trim needs to go in before i can do the backsplash. The carpenter who put in the window originally, supposedly 15 years of window experience, is unreachable.

Ive tried several companies and it seems the job is just too small. Any suggestions are welcome.
