We are building in central NY, high on a hill with alot of wind and cold. Looking for low E and argon vinyl new construction windows. The house will have alot of glass facing west. I've reviewed Simonton - 600 brickmold, Paradigm - Craftec and Pella windows, and would like imput on the best quality and highest energy saving windows.
