Glass choices on Soft-Lite Elements

It looks like I'll be going with Soft-Lite because they will sell directly to me (I'm installing). With the Elements there are a good number of glass choices.

Given I don't know the cost yet, any high-level advice on what to go for in terms of value vs. savings.

We are in Mass, 1960s house, okay insulation, windows have a SE/NW exposure. double hung, about 20 in all being replaced. Many thanks.

They are selling direct on the Elements? That is odd. They don't typically allow that and I would be sure to check the warranty implications out in the case of Soft-Lite as an self installed product.

In the harsher temps of MA, I would spend the money on a triple pane option and ideally something with a non-metallic spacer system.
