| Replacing living room window - looking at either Gentek or Oran. Possible single/double hung to replace present windows, or knocking out brick in between the 2 windows and putting in picture window with single hung or casement sides.
Anyone have experience with either of these window manufacturers? Any suggestions on configuration - we have a covered deck on the outside so windows opening out are a bit of an issue. Thanks for the feedback! |

| I'm really not familiar with either of those windows nor am I familiar with the ratings system the Canucks use. The numbers I am familiar with indicate an average window. What is your motivation to purchase a Canadian window? Are you located in Canada? |

| Yes, I'm in Canada. We have narrowed it down to either double hung or single hung, dropped the picture window scenario. |
