In terms of branding, I would have to imagine that the Andersen would have more value from a recognition should you ever go to resell the home.

That all being said, I would prefer to see something in the non-clad variety if you can swing it. Something with a fiberglass exterior with a wood interior.

Can you GC get a quote on the Marvin Integrity. We typically see them a bit cheaper than the Andersens if I were going to base it on historical observations.

Im sorry. I don't know what you mean by operators. These are going to be double hung. Also, you would suggest t hat I stay away from the wood? Im assuming that the fiberglass is the most expensive. If that is out of our budget, what would be next in line. I appreciate the advise. Thank you.

Operators = Window Type

Wood is not ideal in my opinion as it pertains to warranty and ultimately cost.

Fiberglass is typically a bit less expensive than wood provided we are comparing similar quality materials.

I sold Semco for a hot minute, had terrible luck with quality control. If Andersen is the only option then that would be my pick. I'd throw Integrity Wood-Ultex in the mix for a quote.
