Please be careful when purchasing windows with a warranty! We purchased Gorell windows and sliding glass doors from Southwest sunrooms, Salem, VA. Gorell sold their company to Soft-lite. Soft-lite did not purchase the liability of Gorell' Co which means that the lifetime warranty is no good!! Southwest Sunroom Co is in contact with Soft-lite to see if their company will at lease give a discount to the people who purchase Gorell product. Time will tell. Just be careful when purchasing a product and they offer a warranty to good to be true!
