Subject question says it all. Who makes an inexpensive casement window, about 36" x 36", with thin frames that will approximate the thin aluminum frames on the original windows on a 1950s rambler style house? I've looked at Marvin (good, but expensive), and the stuff at the big box stores (cheap, but not very good and thick frames). Only other thing I'd like is to be available in a dark color such as cordovan, brown, or charcoal. thanks

Sunrise and HiMark make the two most thin line casements that I know of in vinyl.

Some advice. You get a vinyl window with a thin frame, it better be a high quality, if not, it's going to bow/ warp and you will be throwing money away. As the other poster suggested, Sunrise or HiMark are great options.
