Does coated/tinted glass reflect heat?

What kind of glass coating works best for deflecting heat from the sun? What kind of Tint/coating should I use?

Yes. Specifically Low-e coated glass does.

Look for Low-e 366 from Cardinal or Solarban 70 from PPG.
