| I found energy efficiency ratings on them that seem very average. With the proper glass package they will qualify for the Tax Credit. I could not find an AAMA Structural Test. I'd ask what the Design Pressure rating is and who tested it and also what the Air and Water infiltration ratings are on exactly the same size and style of window you are considering.. |

| Thanks for your response Skydawggy! I didn't think new construction was eligible for the Tax Credit at all. I will definitely look into that. Thanks! |

| If this is new construction, the windows WILL NOT qualify for the tax credit. |
