What I can see on their website about them is not overwhelming.

DP 25 on their double hung. Thermal numbers are just average.

No mention of a sloped sill and it does mention weep covers (indicative of a pocket sill).

No real glowing highlights to talk about at all and if it is a pocket sill, that is a huge drawback in my opinion.

Agree, that is a great concern regarding the pocket sill. Move on...

I have no experience with them either, but the above items would suggest mediocre at best. For perspective, there are vinyl double hungs that achieve a DP50 without reinforcement, and 60+ with it. U factors in the mid .2's with double pane, and air infiltration ratings as low as .01cfm... All with a welded, sloped sill so that no water is channeled through the frame.
