urgent! velux skylight, room darkening or light filterfing blind?

Urgent! I need to order the skylights by tomorrow. I am going to have two skylights installed in a room which would be used as an office or kid's room. Would it be better to have room darkening blind (block 98% light) or light filtering blind (block 30% light)? Both are solar powered and operated by a remote control.

The only time we specify black out shades is if a client works swing shifts or requires complete darkness during the day lighting hours.

The insulated unit will temper the sun's intensity as a standard but if you need it darker...get the shades.

FYI...the Solar powered skylights qualify for the Energy Start Credit.
