Change decal in front door glass

I have a font door that has a double pane oval window in it. There is what appears to be a frosted glass decal in the inside that allows a little more visibility into the house than I would like. I'm wondering if I can remove the window and replace the frosted decal with a stained glass film.

Not 100% sure but i doubt that is a decal nor is it removable.
I have sold many many entrance door units and have yet to see one with the decorative lite being a film.
