problem with Pella windows

Does anyone know of a good way to remove the inside window on a pella window that has the blinds between the glass. These windows are 20 years old. I've unlatched the window but it seems the gasket is stuck. I'm afraid to pry them out bc the glass might break. Any ideas?

flexible putty knife to try an break the seal of the old gasket. Something flexible like a hack saw blade (backwards) might work.

and keep slight pressure outward on the panel as you work the tool down

Well, well just ran into this problem with sticking gasket. I was in the process of staining the battens between the windows ( I have all Pella windows in my house and I love them) they are 15-20 years old and no problems until now. I have tried large suction cups and have placed the cups at various locations on the windows(these windows are large single pane say 5' tall) and I sure do not want to break the glass that has the E coating. I also have tried hack saw blade and etc. and like wise I don't want to screw the gasket up. Before I go to the pros at Pella I thought I would try the Pella forum and here I am !! no help sorry Kedzo
