Starmark is much more energy efficient and air tight than the Marvin. usually a dealer that comes by to measure will also bring a nice sized sample so you can see it in your home.

I'd agree that the Starmark is the superior performer, and when stained, is very attractive as well.
Which Integrity line are you looking at? Only certain lines are available in replacement style. Pricing may be somewhat high for replacements, but probably not if they are full tear-outs. There are some pretty pricey options as well that can drive the cost up very quickly, such as SDL grids, staining, interior woodwork replacement, and so on. Your geographic location will have an effect on pricing as well.
Either way, I'd definitely give the Starmark a look and go from there.

What area does Starmark service? I'm not seeing it on their website.

If you are West of the Rockies is out of the question but if you are East...there is a shot.

That does seem high for Marvin Integrity. I don't know what features and sizes you need, but we budget $1,000 per windows when using Integrity in my market. We don't use them often, because I'm not a fan of the wood veneered vinyl stops on the interior. That said, I'm less of a fan of laminate over plastic that is used in the Starmark. Really expensive shelf paper.

Go look at them both and pay close attention to the corner seams and joints. You're the one who has to be happy with it.
