replacing balance spring?

I have two windows that I am having a hard time getting up and down. On one the clip on the left is completely gone and on the right side of the same one the balance spring is at the top right while the window is down. How do I figure out what balance spring to replace it with? I looked online for parts but have no clue what to get. It says 2740 on it. I need to find out how I am supposed to remove the balance spring channel since it is stuck above the window. Any ideas?
