Vinyl or fiberglass - best window for Wisconsin

Hello! Changing out a couple of windows with a kitchen remodel. Were initially thinking fiberglass, but vinyl still seems to be king here. What are the differences? One window is a picture with casements flanking. What brands are best here? How is Radiance? Pella? I'm looking for a good price to quality relationship. Thanks!

Primary difference is going to be the looks.

Both, with the correct glass specifications, will do just fine in Wisconsin.

Fiberglass will be more expensive given its more difficult and time consuming fabrication and raw materials.

In my view, I don't see fiberglass having an aesthetic advantage over a high quality vinyl offering which look nothing like the cheap stuff everyone is so used to seeing at Home Depot and lowes. High quality vinyl also has a distinct performance advantage over fiberglass as well.
The fact that you are in Wisconsin, you may want to get in touched with " Home Sealed ", they have a great reputation and do quality work. At the very least I would give them a call.
