stone mullion windows water ingress

Looking for advice to the cause of major water ingress around sand stone mullion windows. We have just had all the windows replaced in our cottage for wooden double glazed ones and since then one upstairs window has constantly dripped with water. Dripping off the top stone lintle, soaking down the middle mullion and being absorbed by the plaster and wallpaper around the sides. The wooden window seat below is also wet.The moisture is now seeping down the wall towards and tracking across the skirting boards. The window fitter says it is condensation but non of the other windows are doing this. The guttering outside is fine.

Does the stone need to be sealed with a Stone Sealer?
