When does the father of the bride give a toast to the couple? Before the the best man or after or when? Thanks.

I think its usually after the best man. Most wedding I've been to it was the best man, then the MOH and then the father of the bride and the father of the groom... But do whatever makes you feel most comfortable, or what makes your dad feel most comfortable.

Definitely do what makes everyone most comfortable. Sometimes the dad leads and thanks the guests for coming as part of his toast. Other times, he comes at the end. Do whatever works with the personalities of the others giving toasts.
