SASE Headache Yes, they sure are. Even with those that I made stipulations on, that were to determine the # of packs one would receive have not gone so well....no list...no GW name. Their bubblie 'could' still turn up to you, if it wasn't yet received, or it 'could' still turn up on their end. It is not all that unheard of for things to take 'several' weeks to all of a sudden be 'found' by the PO or something. I once received in a bubblie that was postmarked 6 weeks earlier. Now my question is,if I didn't get the sase or if I did and it was lost on the return...who's responsible for postage second time around? Certainly not you Peggy. I guess I'm really peeved because there's a slight hint of accussation that I misappropriated this person's stamps for my own use. I'm sorry for their tone. They must be new or newer here or they would know better than to think or say such a thing to you, of all people. Hopefully the bubblie will turn up, or they will send another one, or else just drop it. Try to not let it ruin your GW experience of sharing your seeds with others. Sue

dianalo....and a realtor told us that our cream colored vinyl siding is outdated? I wonder what they would have said if they saw that bathroom. Regarding the subway tiles, I think it's a good, safe, go-to tile. Personally, it doesn't make my heart sing. When we were considering this shape for our kitchen I was looking at some beveled edged ones, just to kick it up a notch. I'm not one to go for busy backsplashes either. Just by dumb luck I ended up with the beveled arabesques and I truly love them. They are simple, yet somehow due to their shape they give a little something extra to my space without taking away from my counters. I think I have to have them in the next kitchen. -Bee

Thanks, Yardvaark. I’m definitely taking all this feedback into consideration. Thankfully (?) because of the rain we’ve been getting they are running a bit behind, which gives me time to still play around with color choices. I’m leaning towards the middle picture that you posted. I‘ve been told that with the amount of sun our patio will be getting the reds and dark charcoal will fade sooner, the contractor we‘re using said the charcoal will need yearly sealing to keep its color.

I received my pack of the winter scenes yesterday. I also ordered some of one of the 70-cent version of a floral to use for my square Christmas cards this year. I just discovered that the post office has closed down the personalized stamp program where you could send an image to various web sites and they would make them into first class stamps. I'm really disappointed because that was one of my favorite things to use for special birthdays and holidays.
