How are the fathers of the bride and groom attired usually? Matching the groomsmen, or do they do their own thing?

The dads usually wear tuxedos if the groomsmen are wearing them, but they do not have to match those worn by the groomsmen. Sometimes dads are more stout in build and they look better in a style that fits their builds. If the groomsmen wear suits, then the dads would wear suits as well.

The father of the groom often feels somewhat left out on the wedding day, since his role is quite minor. Having him dress like the father of the bride and the groomsmen makes him feel more included.

Thanks, Sweet Pea. That sounds pretty good to me.
