I am a Nashville songwriter. I wrote a wedding song. Listen: http://www.jimcolyer.com/music/

THE WEDDING SONG (I PROMISE)

I Promise
To give you all my love
When things get tough
I'll never turn my back on you
I'll be there through the years
Through thick and thin
I'll be there until the end

I Promise
To live my life for you
Each and everyday
I'll be by your side
I'll dry away those tears
Faithful and true
I'll be there for only you

They say there're no guarantees
But you've got one from me

I Promise
To give you all my love
When times get hard
I'll give you that much more
I'll be there through the years
Through thick and thin
I'll be there until the end
I'll dry away those tears
Faithful and true
I'll be there for only you
I Promise

RE: Wedding Song

Is this the same song you had a month ago or so?

While the lyrics are touching, I would personally prefer something that had some hope of a future which wasn't just tears and toughness which will be comforted. A future of sharing joys as well as hardships would be more my stlye.
