RECIPE: Vegetarian Casseroles

| Years ago I used to go to a vegetarian restaurant in Woodstock, NY. Each week, there ws a different and fabulous casserole. I have searched high and low for a cookbook which features similar casseroles. Does anyone have recipes or can recommend a cookbook? Thanks |

| I have one somewhere on my bookshelf that is amazing. had all kinds of veggie casseroles that you would of never thought of. i will go try to look for it right now! |
