LOOKING for: carrot souffle

| I have seen recipes for carrot souffle but they all have had sugar (quite a lot) in them. Why? Anyone have a sugarless recipe? |

| Well, a year has passed since this was posted and during that time Splenda arrived in my kitchen. So I would suggest substituting Splenda for sugar in your souffle recipes. Teri |
