| Hi Have been lurking here a bit after rediscovering an interest in cooking.I tried the Dal makhani recipe from the website you had given and it turned out great. i reduced the butter and cream to a third of that recommended and it was still yummy. BTW I was talking to my sister who lives in India and Regards |
