Hi
Have been lurking here a bit after rediscovering an interest in cooking.I tried the Dal makhani recipe from the website you had
given and it turned out great. i reduced the butter and
cream to a third of that recommended and it was still yummy. BTW I was talking to my sister who lives in India and
she told me that the Sanjay Kapoor tv show is one of the
hottest shows so the guy must know what he is talking about. Regards
