RECIPE: How to substitute Honey for sugar in a recipe.

Substitute 3/4 cups of Honey for 1 cup of sugar. Reduce the total amount of other liquids in the recipe by 1/4 cup per cup of Honey.

For those people who found bad Honey (like clover Honey) that should be used for cooking.

P.S. I like Dark honey not light clover Honey because it has no flavor that I can taste. It tastes like sugar water to me.

You also need to lower the baking temp. when making baked goods, maybe 25 degrees, and watch for burning so maybe take out of the oven a little sooner than the sugar recipe. I don't have my exact instructions with me, but I know you have to compensate in time or temp. or both.
