| Substitute 3/4 cups of Honey for 1 cup of sugar. Reduce the total amount of other liquids in the recipe by 1/4 cup per cup of Honey.
For those people who found bad Honey (like clover Honey) that should be used for cooking.
P.S. I like Dark honey not light clover Honey because it has no flavor that I can taste. It tastes like sugar water to me.

| You also need to lower the baking temp. when making baked goods, maybe 25 degrees, and watch for burning so maybe take out of the oven a little sooner than the sugar recipe. I don't have my exact instructions with me, but I know you have to compensate in time or temp. or both. |
