I am looking for a TRIED AND TRUE recipe for Sesame noodles. I know I can do a search on line and come up with 1000's of recipes, but I would like one that someone swears by.

I tried the BonApetit recipe last night and it was disgusting.

Can anyone help me?

thanks
karen

Don't know if it will be to your taste.

8 oz soba noodles, cooked, drained, cooled.
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp roasted semame seeds (unsalted is best)
1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp fresh grated black pepper (more or less to taste)
2 Tbsp finely chopped green onions (less if you aren't a big onion fan)

Toss and serve cold.
