| Don't know if it will be to your taste. 8 oz soba noodles, cooked, drained, cooled. 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp roasted semame seeds (unsalted is best) 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger 1 Tbsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp fresh grated black pepper (more or less to taste) 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onions (less if you aren't a big onion fan) Toss and serve cold. |
